Additional Paved street frontage provides potential access / entry to the property from two very different entrances.  Current driveway and property access is at the front of the property near the home. The property consists of some open area with a creek running near the back of the property.  Several acres are located in the flood plain but do not affect the home or front portion of the property. Approximately 12 acres are planted with coastal.  Coastal hay has been baled since 2005 with production and quality of hay increasing each year.
